About me
I formed my firm in 2007 after more than 20 years of legal practice in several large international law firms and experience as co-founder and director and acting general counsel of several startups and technology companies. Having seen from both sides the issues involved for large law firms in providing quality services to startups on a budget that is manageable for those startups - which largely result in giving young, inexperienced associates most of the responsibility for drafting agreements and interfacing with founders - I wanted to be able to provide high-quality representation to startups and other small businesses, particularly those with a socially responsible focus, in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
My practice combines the experience and training of an international law firm partner with the inside knowledge of a general counsel and the business acumen of a company director and startup co-founder, all at rates less than those of a large firm junior associate.
